3468139 - FOREM job board activation - Recruiting Posting

On 2405 production release, Recruiting Posting integrated the job board FOREM within the catalogue. This article aims to present the steps to perform in order to configure it.

Here are the steps to follow in order to activate FOREM job board within Recruiting Posting :

1. All customers will have to request for Le Forem by using the online form available here: https://www.leforem.be/api/flux-offres/#enregistrement .In this form, the customer will first have to read and accept the general conditions of use.
2. Once the form is filled, Le Forem will create the API partnercode and the subscription key for the test environment. Every customer will have their own partnercode and subscription keys. This phase takes 1 week in general.
3. The subscription key for the test environment will be sent in a protected zip by email and the password will be sent separately by text message to a mobile phone. The recipient will have to confirm with Le Forem that the key has been successfully extracted from the zip.
4. Once the key and partnercode are received , the customer can configure Le Forem Job Board in SAP Recruiting Posting Production environment (every action to perform on Recruiting Posting must be done on Production environment).
5. The customer will need to start sending job vacancies to Le Forem's test environment first. These must be real job vacancies and Le Forem must receive at least 10 job vacancies.
6. Once Le Forem confirms to the customer that the jobs are going through fine,
   1. The customer can switch the toggle in the configuration to start sending jobs to production environment.
   2. Change subscription key for the production environment in the configuration. Le Forem will send the subscription key for the production environment (in the same way than for the key for test environment). The customer does not need to request for the key.
   3. Now all jobs will be redirected to production environment.
7. If the results of the quality check are not ok, then the customer will need to send other jobs to the test environment (again at least 10) and making sure to adapt the contents according to the provided feedback. Then proceed to steps a,b and c
