3468215 - No Packing List created after Goods Issue if no HU is created for delivery - SAP S/4HANA Cloud

There is no packing list created for the outbound delivery after goods issue if no HU is created for the delivery(no packing).

The "Output Type" is set as below for "Outbound Delivery" at APP Output Parameter Determination.

The behavior is intended that no packing list created if no HU is created even the customizing has been done with the APP Output Parameter Determination.

Handling Unit is madatory for the packing List output item creation.
