3468304 - Unable to view Pension type benefits on Employee Profile - 1H2024

• Pension/Retirement Savings Plan type benefits are not coming up in benefits overview page of employee, once enrolled.
• Pension/Retirement Savings Plan type benefits are not coming up in benefits overview page under open enrollment for employee to enroll.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central: Employee Benefits

1. Go to an employee and check for open enrollment for a benefit of type Pension/Retirement Savings Plan.
2. Enroll to the benefit.
3. We can see that the enrollment is Success and the record is created and can be seen in Manage data > Benefit Enrolments.
4. Now go to Employee > Go to Benefits.
5. The Benefit is not shown under Pension or in any section of Benefits overview page.

Pension data is not copied from old fields to new fields

Kindly check the enrolled pension Benefit if new fields are blank and ensure that the new fields are updated. Refer guide here for details on new fields.

• Manage Data > Benefit > Open the affected Benefit > Fill the new pension related fields

NOTE: If you're facing this issue, you should contact SAP Product Support with the instance id, Support Access Id, affected Benefits' details and any other relevant details that may be helpful. Support may have to contact Engineering Team to know list of Benefits that may have data issues, what kind of data issues, etc. Once you correct the data manually, Engineering will re-run the migration to ensure that all Benefits in your instance are successfully migrated. Please note that the migration is possible only if you do not have any Benefits data issues with respect to these impacted Benefits.  

3466152 - Error 'You can't enroll in this benefit because there is an error with the Eligibility rule configuration. Please contact your administrator' in 1H 2024
