3468442 - How to manually create a E-Verify Case and what are the pre-requisite permissions needed? - Onboarding

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding supports E-Verify for federal contractors who are existing Employees or New Hires. The manual E-Verify process is available to employees hired through SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding or third-party programs.

Pre-Requisites:

The following permissions are required under "Administrator Permissions" within any RBP Role:

• Manage Onboarding or Offboarding > Create E-Verify Case
• Admin Centre Permissions > Search Information on Data Subject

NOTE: Kindly ensure that the candidate for whom you are creating the E-Verify case is within the Target Population of the user who is raising this request.

Steps to create a E-Verify Case:

1. Go to the Create E-Verify Case 
2. Enter the name of the employee in the search bar to locate the employee, then select Start.
