3468458 - Layout pop up is not able to Maximize or Minimize in transaction SFP after upgrading to SAPGUI PL10 and higher.

Symptom

The Minimize and Maximize buttons are grey out in Layout pop up in transaction SFP.

Issue happens in all form template.

SAPGUI PL10 and higher.
