3468475 - Asset under Construction Settlement Run Is Not Settling the Complete Net Book Value of the AuC

The execution of an Asset under Construction Settlement Run did not transfer the complete AuC (AuC means Asset under Construction) Net Book Value to the fixed asset.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to the Fixed Assets work center.
2. Go to the Periodic Tasks -> Settlement view.
3. Open the respective Run ID with Settlement Type Asset Under Construction to Fixed Asset(s).
4. Move to Processed Project Tasks tab.
5. Notice that system has posted an Amount to the fixed asset which is only part of the AuC's Net Book Value.

The Asset under Construction Settlement Run will transfer the Acquisition postings from the AuC to the fixed asset which are assigned to the respective project task only.

For example: a Goods and Services Receipt that has Account Assignment Type as PRO - Project Task and is assigned to the respective project task defined in the run.

Other postings to the AuC which are not assigned to the project task will not be transferred by the run.

System behaves as designed.
