3468480 - Adding an endpoint for Integration Monitoring fails with 500 error in Landscape Management - SAP Cloud ALM

When trying to add an endpoint in Landscape Management for Integration Monitoring in the Cloud ALM for SAP Cloud for Customer, SAP Ariba Procurement or Managed Gateway for Spend and Network following the Expert Portal steps in the related user guide  (e.g. SAP Cloud for Customer, SAP Ariba Procurement, or Managed Gateway for Spend&Network) the following error happened:

Connection to <Endpoint Name> cannot be established - 500 Internal Server Error: "{"message":"class com.sap.cloud.sdk.cloudplatform.connectivity.exception.DestinationNotFoundException cannot be cast to class com.sap.cloud.sdk.cloudplatform.connectivity.exception.DestinationAccessException

Ensure that the URL and the login credentials, which are maintained for the endpoint, are correct.
