Symptom
Upon Rehiring a user with same employment, Payment Information Portlet shows as "No data" in Employee Profile.

Environment
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central: Rehire Inactive Employee
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Payment Information
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Rehire Inactive employee.
- Select the user and Click on Rehire employee.
- Fill all the required details.
- During rehire, do not add payment information data.
- Submit the rehire page.
- Go to Employee's profile.
- Navigate to Payment Information.
- Observe that Payment Information portlet displays as "No data".
- Click on Payment Information history > Observe that New effective dated record is inserted with rehire date shows "No data" and displayed as Deleted in Change History.
Resolution
The issue will be fixed via patch PTCH-44199(b2405p13) which is scheduled on 16th July 2024 in Preview and 19th July 2024 in Production environments.
Workaround:
Go to Employee Profile > Navigate to Payment Information portlet > Click on history > Manually delete and add correct record.
