3468993 - Assignment Group Cleanup Job Does Nothing When Run Manually

When running the Assignment Group Cleanup job manually, nothing seems to happen in the system.

The job appears on the Job Status screen and indicates it completed successfully. But the follow up "Recalculate Assignment Groups" job does not appear.


If the logs are reviewed, the job starts and then finishes without doing anything. No cleanup steps are logged.
