3468999 - Despite the successful execution of the Zero Downtime Option (ZDO), program BTCTRNS2 may retain jobs in Released/Suspended/Intercepted status.

1. 1st Symptom 
   After upgrading the Support Package using the Zero Downtime Option (ZDO), you may observe batch jobs remaining in Release/Suspended status despite BTCTRNS2 execution.

2. 2nd Symptom
   The client copy tool completely deactivates the batch processing in one client. If this is the client 000, even the transport job RDDIMPD does not start. This is not desired. Some jobs remain in status intercepted in transaction SM37.
