3469075 - Unable to Download Pay Statement via SuccessFactors Mobile App on Android Devices

Symptom

You accessed your pay statement in the SuccessFactors mobile application on Android, and you cannot download it as no option is available for saving it. 

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite
    • Payroll Mashup screen
      • Mobile Application

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Log in to the Mobile application. 
  2. Navigate to the Pay Statement.
  3. You cannot download it as no option available for saving it.

Resolution

Kindly note the download and print function is supported in mobile pay statement (native experience) but not in the profile payroll information.
