3469075 - It's not possible to download the Pay Statement using an iOS /Android device for SuccessFactors mobile application.

Symptom

You accessed your pay statement in the SuccessFactors mobile application on iPhone, and you cannot download it as no option is available for saving it.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Log in to the Mobile application. 
  2. Navigate to the Pay Statement.
  3. You cannot download it as no option available for saving it.

Cause

Downloading of Payroll Statement is not supported on IOS/Android. It is working as designed.

Resolution

1. SuccessFactors mobile application does not currently support downloading pay statements on iOS/Android devices.

2. Use the desktop version of SuccessFactors to download pay statements.
