3469091 - The e-mail sent to the tenant is rejected by the tenant

When trying to send an e-mail to the ByD tenant, the e-mail is rejected by the tenant and there is a feedback mail from the e-mail service provider which includes the following error code:

'SMTP error, RCPT TO: Host XXX RCPT TO said 550 5.7.1 TLS 1.2+ required by recipient' (XXX represents the tenant which the e-mail is sent to).

This issue occurs due to the sender domain doesn't send emails via TLS 1.2 or above.

Check whether sender domain infra supports TLS 1.2/1.3. If not, upgrade e-mail infra to TLS 1.2/1.3 or change a domain which supports TLS 1.2/1.3.
