3469119 - Old Business Tasks Appear in the Unassigned Task

Some old business tasks which are already assigned to a certain business user suddenly appear as unassigned task.

1. Go to Application and User Management -> Business Task Management.
2. Some old business tasks opened long time ago appear as unassigned task recently.

The access right of previous responsible business user is changed. As a result, the previous responsible business user does not have enough access right. The system gets the already assigned task back and try to reassign.

It is possible to reassign the old tasks to anyone who has enough access right. If the old tasks are no longer needed, open an incident to SAP and provide the permission. SAP can either cancel or complete the tasks from backend.
