3469124 - Emails Sent to Recruiting Operators Appearing under the Correspondence Portlet After H1 2024 - Recruiting Management

After 1H 2024, emails sent to Recruiting Operators are appearing under the Correspondence Portlet in the Job Application for Internal Candidates. Only emails sent to the Candidate should be displayed under the Correspondence Portlet. If you try to open any of the emails, an Application Error will be thrown.

Regression issue caused by a code change introduced in the H1 2024 release.

The issue has already been acknowledged by SAP Product Support team and the Software Engineering team is developing the code fix.

The fix is planned to be deployed on the 2H 2024 release.
