3469165 - Unable to save quote. The popup says "In order to perform the action you need first to enter the value of custom field"

• When clicking on the Save Quote button in the quote, transaction requests to enter value in a custom field.
• The popup says "In order to perform the action you need first to enter the value of custom field '<custom field>'".
• But when checking the Save Quote action under Workflow, There is not any rule associated with it.
  
  

SAP CPQ SALES CLOUD

1. Go to any quote
2. Click on Save quote action
3. A popup appears for a value in a custom field
4. Trying to avoid this popup every time and save quotes.

The custom field in the popup is set as a required field for the Save Quote action under Workflow settings.

1. Go to Setup
2. Go to Workflow/Approval
3. Go to Required Fields by Workflow Action
4. Look for the custom field, and then scroll to the right for the associated Save Quote action
5. Disable the checkbox
6. Save.
