It appears that the "Status" field is automatically set to "Inactive" when selecting "PC" as the delegation type, whereas for delegation "AC" or "Both", you have the ability to edit the field to either "Active" or "Inactive". This restriction is observed despite having full authorization to the user through the GRFN_USER authorization object.
