Custom field doesn't show any value on Story and Ad-hoc report, even it has been added into "Configure Reportable Custom Fields" page in Provisioning.

The field has been added to multiple templates with different types.

Please review all templates and ensure that the field has the same type in each of them. Afterward, add the field to "Configure Reportable Custom Fields" page in Provisioning and synchronize existing data.
