3469249 - SolDoc - entering HTML tag in Description field leads to an error

When user enters HTML tags in Description field of Process, clicking on Process P08.02.0200 throws an error with a dump:

500 Internal Server Error. WebDynpro Exception: The end tag is missing from the "div" tag.

What happened?
    Exception 'LCX_VALIDATION_ERROR' was raised, but it was not caught anywhere
     along the
    call hierarchy.

    Since exceptions represent error situations, and this error was not
    adequately responded to, ABAP program 'CL_WD_FORMATTED_TEXT==========CP' had
     to be terminated.
