3469303 - TIH - "Too New To Rate" is showing as "Not Rated" in Growth Portfolio

Proficiency level rating "Too New To Rate" is showing as "Not Rated" in attribute cards and list view in Growth Portfolio.

SAP SuccessFactors Talent Intelligence Hub

1. Proficiency level scale is configured with Include Too New To Rate option set to Yes
2. Navigate to Growth Portfolio
3. Add an attribute
4. Switch to List view
5. Edit the attribute and choose Too New To Rate as a rating
6. Save and navigate back to Growth Portfolio
7. See that attribute rating shows "Not Rated" instead of "Too New To Rate" on the attribute card and in list view

Growth Portfolio considers Too New To Rate as Unrated based on the system design.

Such a rating level is of limited value to determine Proficiency level and as a result it will be removed from the configuration in Manage Talent Intelligence Hub.

We continue to support migrated data with value Too New To Rate, but it will be represented as Unrated in Growth Portfolio.

The removal of this rating type is not yet scheduled.
