This article explains how to change Performance and Potential rating field label in the performance potential summary section of forms.

Option 1: change the labels for ALL templates that have Performance Potential Summary Section

The performance rating field and potential rating field in the performance potential summary section can not be customized with msgkey.

Please use the tool "Matrix Grid Reports: Performance-Potential" to change their label.

Option 2: change the labels for individual template

The change of the labels for individual template needs to be made via form template XML. 
Note: in order to make changes in the XML, please contact your Implementation Partner. If you don't have a Partner, you can find for SAP Certified Partners via the SAP Partner Finder or, alternatively, speak with your Account Executive or Customer Engagement Executive about Professional Services options.

The following two attributes can be used to define the labels for manual performance rating and manual potential rating:

• manual-performance-rating-label
• manual-potential-rating-label
