3469571 - Some or all scenarios and process models are not synced to Solution Manager

Symptom

Some or all scenarios and process models are not populated to Solution Manager when we run a sync.

Resolution

This situation can occur, when the language of the Signavio user is not set to English during the initial synchronization. 

  • Log in into Signavio using credentials of the user set up in the synchronization project.
  • Change the language in Signavio user profile to English.
  • Create a new sync project.
