Symptom

  • Launch IDT/UDT and try to create a new connection, gets the error message : Error: Execution was halted due to an attempt to load an unsigned component. C:\DBAU\SYBASE\160SP03\OCS-16_0\dll\libsybint164.dll
  • If running the IDT/UDT with Administrator, it works fine.
