3469624 - How to change Azure Blob Hotfolder Storage item's "content-type" via groovy scripts

When uploading the files into Azure Blob Storage container (hotfolder), for some reason the content-type of the blob item is not set, it uses the default value "application/octet-stream" (refer to: BlobProperties.ContentType Property) 

Due to this content type, when loading the URL of this blob item in web browser, it will only download the file. However, for those blob item which has different content type like "image/jpeg" or "application/pdf", when loading the URL of the item, it will display the content directly inside the browser page.

This KBA introduces a programming way to change those blob items, of which the content-type has not been set, into the correct content-type according to the actual mime type.
