3469626 - Hired applications are eligible for purge but blocking candidate purge - Recruiting Management

This is about a specific scenario with the following conditions:

• the option "Do not purge Candidate Profile if there are existing applications in the system for that candidate" is enabled in Manage Recruiting Settings
• the "Hired" status on the applicant status set belongs to the Onboard status category (not In-Progress)
• the candidate profile is eligible for purge (DRTM Candidate Profile purge criteria are met)
• the candidate has a "hired" application in the system

In this scenario, the candidate profile will not be purged until the "hired" application is purged - this application will prevent the candidate profile from being purged.
