 Try to install VCH202300_2077_0-70007416.SAR (latest package) on SAP HANA 2.0 SP07 Revision 77 will encounter below error:

 Selected component SAP VCH AFL 2023 is not compatible with SAP HANA Database version '2.00.077.00.1710325774'. The SAP VCH AFL 2023 '2023.077.0000.1713596710' requires SAP HANA Database version 2.00.077.00.1713529394 .

You get error 

Plugin SAP Application Function Libraries 2.00.077.0000.1713566440 is not compatible with SAP HANA Database 2.00.077.00.1710325774 and will not be activated
