Symptom

Non ASCII characters in the payload shows "????" when sending POST request to target system using batch mode, i.e. call DefaultOutboundServiceFacade.sendBatch(final List<SyncParameters> params). For example, Chinese characters sent by outboundsync using batch mode will be received as "????" after processing.
