Symptom
Incorrect Effective date is displayed for workflows in View My Pending Requests.
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Workflows
Reproducing the Issue
- Navigate to View My Pending Requests.
- Choose any workflow.
- Check the effective date of the workflow, date is one day before the actual Effective Date of the workflow.
- Select the workflow, In Workflow details page the effective date is shown correct.
- The previous version of View My Pending Requests is showing the correct Effective Dates in the Pending Request page and Workflow Details page.
Resolution
There are 2 causes:
- UI issue which was fixed via patch scheduled on 18th June 2024 in Preview and 21st June 2024 in Production environment.
- For non UTC migrated instances, date will be reflected correctly only once UTC migration is completed.
- DCs that are yet to be migrated to UTC are: DC33, DC57, DC66, DC68.
- The confirmed schedule (as of present) can be found in the KBA 3101935
- Please reach out to your CSM/CEE if you've any further queries on the UTC migration.
Workaround: Click on "Previous Version" toggle on View My Pending Requests and access the workflows.
