Symptom
If an item has a required assignment type and is assigned and completed as mandatory via a curriculum, it will be labeled as "other" in the Type column of the New Learning History Page.
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Learning
Reproducing the Issue
- Create a Assignment Type and mark the flag "Required" >
- Create a required item with that Assignment Type >
- Assign it to a curricula and set the same Assignment Type in Content Configuration >
- Let the user complete it >
- As the user, check the New Learning History page >
- The item type is set as "other".
Cause
Coding issue with the New Learning History page.
Resolution
