The issue is from the upload file because many different format errors.

1. For the "Blocked" FSI there were values of "No" instead of "--No". 

System only can choose "X-- Yes" OR "--No".

The value of help should be followed strictly.

2. Cell data should have the correct format. For example, amount values with brackets aren't the correct data format.
