3470071 - User is Returned to the Homepage and Loses Performance Tab Access after Routing Form

Users are sent to the Home Page after routing a form from their inbox.

SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management

SAP SuccessFactors 360 Multi-Rater

• Users open their Performance Management Inbox
• They route a form out of their inbox, and have no other forms left in their In Progress Inbox folder.
• Page is reloaded to the Home Page
• Performance module tab is no longer visible in module selection.

User is missing the Performance Management Access Permission.

If the users do not have the Performance Management Access Permission in RBP:

• without this, the Performance tab becomes visible only if the user has forms available in their In Progress Inbox folder
• when the user routes a form from their inbox and has no other forms there, permission to the tab is removed and the system reloads to the Home Page instead
• this is expected

If desired, the Performance Management Access permission can be granted in RBP under User Permissions > Performance > Performance Management Access
