3470152 - Development Goals Not Loading On Mobile Application

When accessing the Development Goal Plan via the Mobile Application it is not loading, but it is loading in the Web UI.

SAP SuccessFactors Succession & Development

1. Open the Development Plan in Web UI
2. Confirm it is accessible and Goals are present
3. Login to the Mobile Application
4. Naviagte to Goals
5. Open Development Plan
6. Error Message "Looks like the data isn't loading"

If the Development Plan due date is set at the value of 9999 the data cannot load.

XML Code Example: <obj-plan-due>12/31/9999</obj-plan-due>

Update your Development Plan due date to a smaller value (eg. 2099).

Note: If the Development Plan still does not load and there is Goals on the Plan with a due date set as 9999, they also may need to be updated to the new due date.
