3470172 - Not able to Initiate Onboarding in the Latest Applicant Workbench - Recruiting Management

In the Latest Applicant Workbench, it's not possible to Initiate Onboarding for the candidate, the button is grey out and cannot be selected.

1. Candidate has not been initiated in onboarding before and they're in the correct status (e.g. Ready to Hire)
2. Click at the three dots (...) and dropdown will display the Initiate Onboarding grey out, it cannot be selected
   

After the 1H 2024 release, there was a behavior change of Onboarding permissions in Recruiting, and the status which candidate is placed has to be Hireable so onboarding can be initiated.

1. Go to Admin Center > Edit Applicant Status Configuration
2. Go to your status set and open the status which onboarding should be initiated (e.g. Ready to Hire)
3. Make sure to check the option of Hireable in the Hirable Options and save it
   
4. Go back to candidate and you'll see that the option is now selectable
   

Notes:

• In Hirable Options, the Hireable/Hired status may have a different label per customer instance.
• To ensure a smooth hiring process, there should be only one status as Hireable and another single status as Hired in the status set.
