3470318 - Locking Object Error Appearing When Trying To Import Individual Customers Using Data Workbench

You are trying to import individual customers, however you are receiving the following error on the Excel file.

"Locking object not possible; object locked by ****_USER (****_USER"

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to Data Workbench then go to Import.
2. Complete Business Object and select Insert.
3. Standard Object and search for Individual Customer.
4. Next.
5. Click on Simulation Mode flag to make it on.
6. Upload the file "FILE.xlsx".
7. The task is completed with error: "Locking object not possible; object locked by ****_USER (****_USER

In the data file "FILE.xlsx" for both the fields 'externalkey' and 'IndividualCustomerExternalKey' same value is maintained and this is not correct.

Please maintain different values for "externalkey" fields and try again.
