Templates with the category Absence Forms will not appear in Manage Permission Roles under Manage Time Form Templates permissions or an error occurs stating "Assertion failed: permission list is empty" when clicking on Manage Time Form Templates in Manage Permission Roles.

You can choose one of the manual workarounds below:

• After creating a Time Form template, create a dummy document generation template of category Document Generation. This will refresh the RBP immediately, and the absence form template will appear in Manage Permission Role and then the dummy template can be deleted.
• If you have access to provisioning, then you can run the Refresh RBP Model job or wait until the daily nightly job runs automatically for the Time Form template to appear in Manage Permission Role.

An issue occurs when you go to the Generate Form page and start the jaws. The Generate Time Forms Link is announced as 'Current', which is confusing to users because the current page can't be activated. It should either be plain text or be announced as a 'Disabled' link.

When you enter an incorrect input in the Filter By field, there is no error validation implemented for sighted and non-sighted users.

When you choose Generate Forms > Template, a dialog is displayed, and the jaws announce the list and the list count. There is an incorrect count list read.

When you click on arrow key multiple times to select the language, the keyboard focus gets misplaced to the error message icon.

When the template selection dialogue opens after selecting the template from the list the focus gets misplaced on the error message icon and the jaws keeps announcing all the content.
