3470486 - Implementing a Custom Party Approver in Sales Quote Approval Workflow

Unable to select Custom Party as a recipient in the Sales Quote Approval Workflow.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. In the Business Configuration, add a party role definition ABC ( ABC stand for the Custom Party) Approver.
2. Create approval process workflow.
3. Attempt to include ABC as a recipient. 
4. You will notice that ABC is not present in the recipient list.

The issue arises when the Custom Party, after being added in the sales quotes > involved parties in fine tuning, is not visible in the workflow recipients list. This could be due to a misconfiguration

To resolve this issue, you need to ensure that the Custom Party is correctly configured in the system. Follow the steps below:

1. Navigate to the Business configuration > Activities > fine Tuning > sales quotes > involved parties.
2. Add the Custom Party.
3. Save the changes.
4. Check the workflow recipients list again. The Custom Party should now be visible.
