3470529 - FWM 01002 error while opening the format ZABO_WI in Webi Rich Client

Symptom

When attempting to open a webi (Web Intelligence) report downloaded from BILP (Zabo - 3 tier mode) in the Webi Rich Client (WIRC), the following error message is seen:

Login failed : Unable to reconnect to the CMS xxxxxxxxxx.com:port#. The session has been logged off or has expired. (FWM 01002)
