3470570 - 1H2024 - Selecting same date for the Completion Date filter within Learning History does not return Item(s) completed

After the 1H2024 release, when a user selects the same date for the Completion Date filter within Learning History does not return and data for any Item(s) which have been completed. However there are Items which have been completed on the day selected.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. User opens Learning History option from within the new ILX homepage.
2. Select a specific date which you know Item(s) have been completed for. As per example May 8th.
3. When the filter is applied, these Items are not displayed to user
   
   
   
   

Our Engineering team is investigating the scenario. Please set this KBA as favorite in order to be notified on future updates to this document, as per 2171560.

Workaround is to select a date range of two days. For this example this would be May 8th and May 9th as this will now display the Item(s) completed on May 8th.
