Custom role contains authorization object E_CS_RPT where there are 2 or more authorizations settings.
The restriction of "authorizat 00" is overwritten by "authorizat 01" or "authorizat 02",.. but restriction of "authorizat 01" or "authorizat 02",.. cannot be overwritten by "authorizat 00".
