Symptom
- By default, sp_addserver will create new server entries with "timeouts" set to false.
- When building a new ASE, the default entry for SYB_BACKUP is created with "timeouts" enabled.
- The timeouts can sometimes cause hanging dumps when a new site handler is being opened at the same time the existing site handler is being closed.
