• Cause 1: PFS Feature not enabled
  
  
• Cause 2: Wrong PFS URL

These are possible solutions:

1. Solution: The Print Forms Generation feature is not enabled: Need to enable the feature in Provisioning.
   
   
2. Solution: The URL is incorrect. Verify which URL is for your Company ID. It only supports 1X1.
   
   
3. After getting the new URL details, update the same in Provisioning.
