These are possible solutions:

Solution 1: The Print Forms Generation feature is not enabled: Need to enable the feature On Provisioning

Solution 2: The URL is not OK. Verify which URL is for your Company ID. It only supports 1X1.

After get new URL details update the same on Provisioning.
