3470746 - Story Report Chart - Activating Unbooked Data Prevents User to See Data

• You have a story report with Time Sheet data. There you show the hours booked per employee.
• The idea is to also show the name of employees who have not submitted any hours - which can be achieved by choosing to show "unbooked data" in the chart. However, activating this has caused the users not able to see any data.
• You see the following message:
  • "An unexpected exception is preventing the chart from being displayed. Contact your administrator with the details"

1. Go to Home > reporting > run report 
2. Observe "An unexpected exception is preventing the chart from being displayed. Contact your administrator with the details" when "unbooked data" is active
