Accessing an OData service generates dumps in transaction ST22 and authorization errors in SE91

What happened?

Error in the ABAP application program.
The current ABAP program "CL_EQSM_OPTI_CONTROLLER=======CP" had to be terminated because it found a statement that could not be executed.
