How to add custom columns for Talent Pool Candidate Workbench?

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

Candidate Profile Search Display Options can be added as columns on the Talent Pool Candidate Workbench. The Display Options on Talent Pool workbench are the same as those on the Candidate Profile search page.

Please refer to the user assistance document Configuring Extra Columns for Candidate Search Display to configure it. Once done, you will be able to see the 'Display Options' button.

Note: Certain fields do not work as display options. Please refer to the KBAs in the 'See Also' section for further information.
