3470884 - Competency Description not visible when adding Competency to a Job Profile in Manage Job Profiles

In Manage Job Profiles, when adding a Competency to the Competency Section of a Job Profile, the description for the Competency is not visible until the Job Profile is saved.

1. Manage Job Profiles
2. Select the Job Profile you wish to edit
3. Click next to Navigate to the Edit Job Profile Page
4. Competency section > "+Edit" to add Competency
5. Select a competency in the system for which a description is created.
6. Description box is empty
7. Save the Job Profile with the "I'm Done" or equivalent button.
8. Check again and the new competency has a visible description.

Expected behaviour.

Currently the expected system behaviour, the description is updated after the Competency is added and the Job Profile is saved.
