Recruiting emails are being sent twice to the same user.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management
Cause
This happens when there is more than one user in the system with the same email address.
Resolution
The email address should be unique to each user. So, if there is more than one user with the same email address in the User Data File, the emails will be sent in duplicity.
