3470895 - Group Reporting: Rounding of each value during Flexible Upload

You upload a file with Flexible Upload. The uploaded value differs by 0.01 for some lines. 

Prerequisites:

- In the uploaded file, you uploaded values in HSL/TSL using a currency, that do not use any decimal places. 
- However, the upload file contains its values with decimal places.
- The file contains multiple identical lines (with same item/subitem,...) which are collected into one line during upload.
