3470913 - Field 'Approval Status' not available for Sales Documents in Output Parameter Determination app - SAP S/4HANA Cloud

It's expected to use approval status to influence the output relevance of sales document in Output Parameter Determination app. However, the field 'Approval Status' doesn't show up in the table setting of Output Relevance for Sales Document in the app.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud

1. Go to App Output Determination.
2. Select Sales Document.
3. Select Output Relevance.
4. Click on Edit.
5. Search for Approval Status in the table however it's not in the list.

If the Approval Status object is not visible in the Table Settings in the Output Parameter Determination app, the steps below need to be followed to manually refresh binding in Output Parameter Determination app:

1. Open Output Parameter Determination app.
2. Select Business Rules: Show Rules for "Sales Document".
3. Move the mouse over the previously selected value in field "Show Rules For" and right mouse click to open the drop-down menu. Select the option "Refresh Condition Parameters of Application".
