Error message FE705 - "You cannot assign any accounts to this node" occurs when adding G/L Accounts to a node under one Financial Statement Version.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud

1. Open configuration activity Define Financial Statement Version (SSCUI 102669) or Define Financial Statement Versions in Global Hierarchies (SSCUI 150003) or App Manage Global Hierarchies
2. Open one Financial Statement Version, select one Node and assign Accounts to it. In this example, try to add account to node INTANGIBLE ASSETS.
3. Error "You cannot assign any accounts to this node" occurs 

The current system design is that, nodes and G/L Accounts(leaf nodes) cannot exist in parallel under the same parent node.

It's standard system behavior. 

As a solution, try to add a node A under parent node firstly, and then add accounts to the node A.
