3470951 - IT0007 TEILK and DYSCH are overwritten during the employee master data replication from SuccessFactors Employee Central

Symptom

When replicating employee master data from SuccessFactors to the backend system, the checkbox "Part-time employee"(TEILK) in IT0007 is ticked even though the employee is determined as a full-time employee in SuccessFactors Employee Central. There is warning message RP227 "Employment percentage < 100 % (part-time work/dyn.work schedule?)".

The same behavior occurs for the field "Dyn. dally work schedule"(DYSCH) of IT0007.
