SAP Knowledge Base Article - PreviewSymptom
When launching /UI5/THEME_DESIGNER a popup is received with the message
Windows cannot find 'chrome.exe'. Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again.
This error is traced to /UI5/CL_THEME_TOOL which calls chrome.exe directly.
You do not have chrome.exe installed.
However, the application starts after confirming the message box.
